受診について / Important Information about Medical Consultations at Our Hospital
- 初めて受診される時は、1階正面玄関右の「1：受診・紹介受付」に来てください。
- 受付移時間は、平日8時30分から11時30分です。
- If this is your first visit, please come to “1: Reception for First Visit / Referral” located to the right of the main entrance on the 1st floor.
- Reception Hours: Weekdays, 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
日本の健康保険をもっている方 / For Patients with Japanese Health Insurance
- 日本のマイナンバーカード（マイナ保険証）または資格確認書を持ってきてください。
- 初めて受診される時は、他の医療機関からの紹介状が必要です。
紹介状がない場合は、「選定療養費」を治療や検査の値段とは別にお支払いいただきます。
- Please bring your My Number Card (with health insurance registration) or your Eligibility Verification Certificate.
- If this is your first visit, you must bring a referral letter from another healthcare provider.
If you do not have a referral letter, you will be required to pay an additional special consultation fee (separate from the cost of treatment and examinations).
日本の健康保険をもっていない方 / For Patients without Japanese Health Insurance
- パスポートを持ってきてください。
- 治療や検査の費用はすべて自費診療となります。
- Please bring your passport.
- If you are not covered by Japanese public health insurance, you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of all medical treatment and examinations.
診断書の作成について / Medical Certificates
英文の診断書や紹介状（診療情報提供書）が必要な場合は、有料で作成します。
がんセンター1階「受付」で申し込んでください。
If you need a medical certificate in English or a referral letter (medical information report), we can prepare one for an additional fee.
